Choreographer Rosie Whitney-Fish will create a dance piece to open and close the Regatta. The piece will be inspired by the Charlie Shore water carnival, the stories and social history that surround the event. The piece will open the regatta and close the celebrations and will be performed by four professional dancers. Rosie Whitney-Fish is a London based choreographer her work has been supported by Arts Council England, the Cultural Olympiad and Big Dance.
